Globalshiftium provides comprehensive waste management services including but not limited to: food waste collection and processing, grease trap maintenance, packaging recycling, compliance management, and related consulting services. Service agreements are established through written contracts or service orders. Collection schedules, pricing, and specific terms are detailed in individual agreements. We reserve the right to modify service schedules due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or regulatory compliance issues. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to scheduled services.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments. All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Globalshiftium or its licensors and is protected by Luxembourg and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. The Globalshiftium name and logo are trademarks of Globalshiftium SARL.

Globalshiftium shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or equipment failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if continuation of services would violate applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing customers.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
